Searches are completely free; the product is built on AI and 100% in-house software developed by the Monopolio team, bringing modern technology to a sector with years of little innovation. I contributed by building the listings application: upload and search listings across Mexico, generate PDF documents for properties, import listings from other sites, organize portfolios, run property appraisals, access statistical data for properties and listings, and share reports.
