Experience
Monopolio grew over 10x last year and expects to grow 5–8x again this year on its way to becoming the most reliable source of residential real estate listings in Mexico. Searches are completely free; the product is built on AI and 100% in-house software developed by the Monopolio team, bringing modern technology to a sector with years of little innovation. I contributed by building the listings application: upload and search listings across Mexico, generate PDF documents for properties, import listings from other sites, organize portfolios, run property appraisals, access statistical data for properties and listings, and share reports.

Freelance & End-to-End Work
Real freelance and personal projects I designed, built and shipped entirely on my own — from a multi-tenant catalog platform now in production for four real businesses, to the WhatsApp + AI automation connected to it.
Mi Tienda Digital (CRM)
Personal project: a multi-tenant catalog/CRM platform that lets small Colombian businesses manage their own product catalog (variants, quantity pricing, inventory, sales and customers) instead of an Excel sheet. Built on Payload CMS 3 + Next.js + Postgres (Neon), with a one-click 'Publish now' flow that exports the catalog and commits it straight to each client's storefront repo via the GitHub API, triggering an instant Vercel deploy. Includes role-based access (owner/editor/salesperson), a sales analytics dashboard with time-series charts, and a customer CRM with purchase history.
Connor Store
Streetwear and sneaker resale catalog (Nike, Adidas, Jordan, Puma and more) built on the same platform, with a full shopping cart, WhatsApp checkout, and a faceted filter system (category, brand, size and custom attributes) with a mega-menu that shows live product counts per filter.
Agente de WhatsApp con IA (n8n)
AI agent for Perfumería del Río that runs entirely over WhatsApp, orchestrated with a self-hosted n8n instance and connected directly to the CRM above through a scoped, API-key-authenticated service user. Lets the business owner ask in plain language to look up sales (by customer, product, status or date range), update an order's status, or create a new customer — replacing a set of fragile Google Sheets automations with real, validated writes against the actual database.
Cajas Happy
Storefront for a decorative packaging business in Cali, rebuilt from a generic Tienda Nube template. In the old site, applying a filter meant scrolling to the bottom of the page, and every filter or sort reloaded everything with load times above 3 seconds. The new static storefront consumes the catalog exported from Mi Tienda Digital: filters respond in under a second without reloading, with quantity-based pricing, a shopping cart and WhatsApp checkout. The migration took 2 days.

Marob Zapatillas
Storefront for a family shoe store in Popayán, migrated from Ganvent in 3 days. The previous site was slow and poorly organized, with response times above 5 seconds and sometimes not loading at all. The new static storefront filters by size and brand instantly, and includes an AI shopping assistant (Google Gemini function-calling over the real, live catalog) that helps customers find sizes and brands without ever inventing stock that doesn't exist.
